Every month customers fill out our What’s Up? Pipe Up! Survey to tell us how we are doing. We also ask them to tell us how we can improve. Did you know that this year (FY19) 1 in 3 customers said we could improve customer service?
While our customer service is good, it could always be better, right? So, we have listened to our customers and created Wolseley ACTS to ensure every associate new or not understands the basic customer service expectations at Wolseley. AKA: The Customer Service Absolutes!
